    Your questions about pregnancy exercise

    Lisa asks…

    pregnancy exercise?

hi im on my 33rd week of pregnancy. ive been doing a little walking. anyone can sugguest an exercise that can help me during labor? thanks =)

    Body Building Exercises answers:

Always consult your doctor before begining any exercise, I walked a lot during my pregnancy, swimming is also a good exercise which is not too hard on your body. They also have yoga for pregnant women. Here is a website that has info about it.
    http://yoga.about.com/od/prenatalyoga/Practicing_Yoga_During_Pregnancy.htm

    John asks…

    Pregnancy Exercise?

Please read all of this and answer these questions. A website on babycenter.com said that you should not exercise if you’re expecting twins or multiples. What’s wrong with exercise during a twin or multiple pregnancy? What exercises are safe during pregnancy? Jumping? Jogging? Stretching? Yoga? ty.
Also, I have a benign brain lipoma. My memory is slowly going away. I have lots of forgetfulness and it is getting worse. Is this the brain lipoma? I go to the neurologist Nov. 27 about the tumor. Should I tell her about all my forgetfulness?

    Body Building Exercises answers:

exercising with multiples is not advised during mid to late pregnancy because it increases the chances of pre term labor. yoga is very popular during pregnancy, as are long walks, water aerobics, and most anything that doesnt involve strenuous/jumping activities.

and yes, you should certainly tell your doctor about your memory problems. the more she knows the better she can help you and your baby.

    Betty asks…

    Pregnancy & exercise?

What are some of the best exercises I can do right now, I’m 24 wks pregnant & I need to strengthen my body some. I haven’t exercised since I got pregnant. Also does anyone know any sight that I can learn some of this at for free? And does anyone know of a free pregnancy yoga sight?

    Body Building Exercises answers:

If you haven’t exercised a lot in your pregnancy, you shouldn’t start anything too strenuous now. It’s still ok to work out and exercise, but nothing TOO tough.

Walking is going to be one of your best things you can do, especially near the end of your pregnancy. You have to walk a lot though, like for an hour or more. Take breaks if you get tired, and bring water and healthy snacks if you need energy.

You can also lift weights, just keep the weight low. Don’t push yourself to lift a lot of weight. Do bicep curls, tricep extensions, and lateral raises. You can also do squats and lunges to keep your legs toned. If you do crunches, keep them low and gentle. Don’t try too hard.

Eating REALLY healthy will be great for you and your baby. Eat a lot of vegetables and whole grains. And drink a LOT of milk.

I bought an exercise resistance band when I was pregnant. It was great because I could do a lot of exercises at home, without having to buy a bunch of bulky and heavy weights. Also, it came with an instruction sheet with tons of exercises on it. I brought the sheet into my next Ob-Gyn and asked her to point out what exercises were ok to do while pregnant.

Then, after I had the baby, I still used the exercise band. I also joined Stroller Strides exercise program. It’s a national thing they have in the US (not sure where you’re from). Check out their website to see if they have something near you. It was a great way to lose baby weight, get healthy, and meat health-conscious moms. Check it out.

    Good luck with the baby!

    Donna asks…

    Body Building Exercises answers:

    Robert asks…

What is a good amount of exercise during pregnancy?

i’m 12 weeks +4 days and would like to know if anyone has any advice on exercise during pregnancy?
how much do you do? What sort of exercise do you do?

    Body Building Exercises answers:

Just go with what your body is telling you. A good amount of about 20 minutes of exercise a day is good, but just make sure you do not get dehydrated and exhaust yourself too much. If you need to stop then stop.

Good things for pregnancy you can do are…
    Walking
    Swimming
Yoga (which can be done at home with a dvd if you dont want to go to a class)

Your questions about muscle building foods

Posted by Body Building Exercises | Uncategorized | Sunday 27 February 2011 6:05 am

    Helen asks…

What are your favorite muscle-building foods?

I’ve been wondering what some other people take for building up muscle – also what your favorite pre-workout and post-workout foods or supplements are!

    Body Building Exercises answers:

Foods: fat free milk, turkey, tuna fish, chicken

Supplements: protein shake, multivitamin, leukic, gakic, creatine

    Sandy asks…

What are good muscle building foods?

I’m starting to work out and is there any food or drink I can use to help aid in building muscles? Protein does that right? Help. Thanks.

    Body Building Exercises answers:

Yes! Plenty of protein is vital for building muscle. You can either get your protein from natural foods, or there are some muscle gainer and protein shakes out there, but i would be cautious of these because they often contain a lot of calories/sugar. Whey protein mixes are often the best, however. Here is a list of some foods rich in protein that you can add to your diet:

    -canned tuna
-lean beef and or chicken breasts
    -dairy products (milk and yogurt)
    -beans
    -cottage cheese
    -nuts
    -lean deli turkey slices

    Best of luck!

    Steven asks…

If i just workout and not eat muscle building foods will i gain muscle?

I’ll just eat my normal everyday foods i always eat, not focus on what i should to gain muscle like protien. Would I still get a six pack?

    Body Building Exercises answers:

Protien helps a lot. But whatever you eat, you need lots of it if you want to gain muscle. And make sure that you burn off most of the calories from what you ate or it turns to fat.

    Linda asks…

What are good foods to building muscle foods?

I know protein is good, but can you name what specific protein foods are the best for building muscle, i dont want to be a body builder or notin, but just want to gain some muscle

What are some muscle building foods for after a workout?

I used to drink Protein shakes but they’re getting too expensive….
    ONLY MUSCLE BUILDING

    Joseph asks…

Do you go back to bodybuilding after a hernia Alarpi?

Hello, I guy from Iraq – Baghdad i have 26 years …. I love the game of bodybuilding so much ….. But during exercise, I felt pain in the testicular area …. I went to the Dr. said to me, I’m from the hernia Alarpi
My question Can I return to the game of bodybuilding ….. After hernia repair (Surgery )

    Body Building Exercises answers:

Sometimes hernia repair surgery causes damage which leads to long-term pain, especially when you exercise. This can happen in up to 30 per cent of cases. If your surgery is free of problems, then after you have healed you should be able to resume bodybuilding. However there is always a risk of recurrence and a second hernia repair is more likely to lead to long-term complications. You can heal your own hernia if you take things easy for a while and check out FalconBlanco on YouTube.com. I’d also recommend joining some bodybuilding forums and asking if anyone there knows of bodybuilders who have had hernia surgery.

    Mary asks…

    back exercise?

    Hello,
there is an exercise: Straight-Arm Pulldown.

Stand in front of a lat pulldown bar with your arms outstretched towards the bar. Place your palms flat on the bar and pull it down to shoulder level. Keeping your elbows slightly bent and your wrists locked, pull the bar down towards your body in an arcing motion. Once you contracted the lats fully and the bar has touched or come close to your thighs, slowly allow the bar to come back up to the starting position. Keep your torso erect!

is there an exersise that is the oppisite. Straight-Arm pull-up? not upright row. not bent over row.

    http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.php?MainMuscle=Lats

    does anyone do these?
    what is your back workout?

    Body Building Exercises answers:

The opposite of a Straight-Arm pull down is a Straight-Arm pull up. It doesn’t exist as a published weight training technique, and for good reason. A straight-arm pull up past the horizontal would not be advised nor recommended due to possible impingement and damage to the rotor cuff. It also would a very restrictive and a highly ineffective exercise. It would work the anterior deltoid (front of the shoulder) although there would be considerable assistance from the pecs. If you were do attempt this exercise, I would highly recommend you use dumbells and keep the elbow bent during the movement (at least 15-30 degrees) and always make sure your arms are slightly abducted.

The most effective exercise according to EMG analysis for the Lats is the bent-over row done either bilaterally with a bar or unilaterally with dumbells. Wide-grip Chins, and Lat pulldowns are also very effective. I use all of these as a staple in my back workouts.

Here’s a whole list of back exercises:

    Helen asks…

how long will it take to reach these bodybuilding goals?

    1. gain 2 inches on chest and back
    2. lose 2 inches on my waist.
    3. gain 2 inches on arms.

What exercises/diet plan should I go with?
I’m 16 and I’ve been working out for about 3 months now and have gained 30 lbs. of muscle. but also 2 inches on my waist. :( I’m not close to being fat at all though.

    Body Building Exercises answers:

Buy muscle milk. It’s expensive as hell but my bench went from 245 to 325 in 4 months from lifting 4 days a week for 1 and a half hours. Go out for a light jog, doesnt have to be 2 miles lol. If you take creatine, only take amplified creatine 189 cause it won’t dehydrate you so bad. And mix gatorade and water 50/50, gatorade has alot of sugar and drink as much water as you do sugar

    Your questions about deer drive

    Ruth asks…

How To Get Wii Deer Drive On Two Player?

I Have The Game Deer Drive On My Wii And I Have Two Wii Remotes But I Don`t Know How To Get The Seconded Remote To Work.I Have Good Batteries In Both Of Them!.Do You Know How To Get The Seconded Player Control To Work?

    Body Building Exercises answers:

When you’re entering the game, hit the button on the active remote. There is a command to reset the remotes — you hit and simultaneously on the remotes you’re going to use, in the order you’re going to use them. Using this command, you can activate both remotes for the game.

    Sandra asks…

What makes my screen turn blue-gray sometimes when I’m playing deer drive on my computer?

    Body Building Exercises answers:

    Try degaussing.

    William asks…

Hypothetically, could a deer drive an automobile?

Okay. My friend and I got into a debate today over whether or not a deer was physically capable of driving an automobile.

Don’t count antlers; my friend with a 16 inch mohawk drives with his head tilted.

So, assuming the deer could be trained to do this task, could it actually command a vehicle?

    This is a serious question.
I think it could poke it’s leg through the steering wheel to steer.
edit 2: I was not high, I’m curious and find this funny.

    Body Building Exercises answers:

automatic or stick? Either way no, a deer could not be trained to drive a car its arms cannot make the motion of steering and turning a wheel, the position of its eyes as well as how it can turn its head would also prohibit it from driving a car. A deer would never have the mental capacity to operate a motor vehicle.

    Richard asks…

What is the distance to drive from Deer Valley to Calgary and estimate the cost of the trip?

I think that the deer valley i am talking about is the one in Alberta but i couldn’t find any, so , please, help, i need good explanations from the deer valley in Alberta to Calgary and how much it costs with great explanations for best answer…

    Body Building Exercises answers:

There’s no Deer Valley in Alberta that I’m aware of. Perhaps you mean Deer Valley, Saskatchewan?

    If so… from http://ca.maps.yahoo.com/dd:

Deer Valley, SK – Calgary, AB
    Distance: 804.2 km
Approximate Travel Time: 9 hours 55 mins

Estimate travel cost? All depends on the vehicle of course. If you assume a car with a 50 L tank, good for about 400 km, you’re looking at a little more than $100 in gas. Then whatever food expenses, etc.

    Mary asks…

Hypothetically, could a deer drive a car?

Okay. My friend and I got into a debate today over whether or not a deer was physically capable of driving an automobile.

So, assuming the deer could be trained to do this task, could it actually command a vehicle?

    This is a serious question.
    Edit: READ the whole explanation!!
Edit 2: I think the deer could poke it’s leg through the steering wheel and spin it.

    Body Building Exercises answers:

I think the deer, without the anatomy of a human, would find it extremely difficult if not impossible to even sit in the driver’s seat. Plus, deer have hooves and would not be able to grip the steering wheel. Who knows if they’re able to reach the gas pedal or have the reaction time to hit the break in an emergency… don’t even get me started on if they’re trying to drive a stick shift. This turned out to be a difficult question. I s’pose the only real way to know would be to… ask a deer…

Your questions about children s books

Posted by Body Building Exercises | Uncategorized | Thursday 24 February 2011 6:05 am

    Jenny asks…

What are some children books you might like to see be published?

I am wanting to write a childrens book or maybe more than one but I am trying to figure out some ideas for what parents might like to see in books. Any help would be great! Thanks!

    Body Building Exercises answers:

    - A math or science book (not a workbook) geared for young preschool / Kindergarten aged girls or girls and boys. I’m looking for practical and simple, non-technical writing that my daughter could understand. She enjoys learning about volcanoes, plants and animals, the human body, physical science, basic math, word problems, etc. The books I find are usually too technical or geared for gradeschool or they seem geared for boys (i.e. getting dirty and gross with slime). I’m interested in finding something that is not so gender-specific either. For example, not looking for princess stuff. Just something that a preschooler/Kindergartener can grasp and remember. I think kids around this age ask a lot of “why” questions. My daughter can get pretty technical and can grasp things if I use simple language. Typical questions might be: “Why do hot things make steam?” and “Why are owls awake at night?” Today she told her grandma what nocturnal meant: Nocturnal means when animals are awake at night because that’s when they hunt for their food and they sleep in the morning. Sorry if I’m going on and on, just trying to give you some ideas here.

I’d also like to see more Learn-To-Read series of books, something like the Biscuit dog series. I’d like to see basic sight words worked into an engaging story, more modern pictures. I don’t mean abstract, I just mean something newer and more updated. The illustrations and basic story line play a big role in how much my daughter wants to read the series. The story line can be kept pretty simple with the holidays, basic play, manners, etc.

-Illustrations should have a simple, colorful but entertaining style. I see a lot of stuff that’s either too stylized, too CG or animated looking, dated, or cluttered.

-Really enjoy books that have lift-up flaps and things to pull but they often get stuck or torn. Wish there was a way to make this work better and also that there were more books with these features that were not just meant for toddlers. One set of books that were terrific that were age appropriate were In The Country and At School by Francesco Pittau and Bernadette Gervais

You can actually see inside this book if you click on the picture of the cover here:

    http://www.amazon.com/Country-Lift-Flap-Learning-Book/dp/2020694182/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1241033751&sr=1-1#

Just some suggestions, hope this helps.

    Ruth asks…

children books that deal with gifted characters?

I am looking for books that contain gifted characters. I am aspiring to be an elementary school teacher and have been unable to locate any children books that deal with gifted characters. There are many childrens books that deal with special needs or children with disabilities, but I can’t seem to find any that deal with the opposite. Children like to hear about characters they can relate to. So if you know of any short children books that have gifted characters in them please let me know.

By childrens book, I mean a short 20-30 page book with pictures, Not a novel.

    Body Building Exercises answers:

I think there are lots of them, but it’s a little hard to identify them because they don’t always state that they’re “gifted.”

Here are some I can think of that may apply:

Roxaboxen / Alice McLerran: A hill covered with rocks and wooden boxes becomes an imaginary town for Marian, her sisters, and their friends. Marian called it Roxaboxen. (She always knew the name of everything.) There across the road, it looked like any rocky hill — nothing but sand and rocks, some old wooden boxes, cactus and greasewood and thorny ocotillo — but it was a special place: a sparkling world of jeweled homes, streets edged with the whitest stones, and two ice cream shops….

Christina Katerina and the Box / Patricia Lee Gauch: Christina finds many uses for the large box that housed the new refrigerator.

The Big orange splot / Daniel Manus Pinkwater: When a seagull drops a can of orange paint on his neat house, Mr. Plumbean gets an idea that affects his entire neighborhood.

Meggie Moon / Elizabeth Baguley: Normally, no one dares to play in the yard where Digger and Tiger spend all their time, but when a girl invades, they soon realize that she has some brilliant ideas for playing with the junk found there.

The legend of the Indian paintbrush / Tomie De Paola: Little Gopher follows his destiny, as revealed in a Dream-Vision, of becoming an artist for his people and eventually is able to bring the colors of the sunset down to the earth.

The fossil girl : Mary Anning’s dinosaur discovery / Catherine Brighton: In simple cartoon style, tells the story of a twelve-year-old English girl’s discovery in 1811 of an ichthyosaurus skeleton.

Emma’s rug / Allen Say: A young artist finds that her creativity comes from within when the rug that she had always relied upon for inspiration is destroyed.

Benny : an adventure story / Bob Graham: When Benny the dog steals the show from Brillo the magician, he is forced to look for a new home where his rare talents such as juggling and tap dancing will be appreciated.

My family plays music / Judy Cox: A musical family with talents for playing a variety of instruments enjoys getting together to celebrate.

    Daniel asks…

Does anyone have a promotional claim code for amazon please, or how do i get one? as i would like to order quite a few children books from their site.

    Body Building Exercises answers:

    Good luck.

    Sharon asks…

    Amazon Books?

I’m thinking of ordering a couple of “used” books from Amazon.com
I’ve heard lot about this site.
But what has your experience been like????

Were you happy with the product?
Did you feel save putting your credit card number out there?
Did you get your books in good time?????

    Body Building Exercises answers:

I’ve had over a hundred great experiences buying used books on Amazon. The best used items to pick are the ones with detailed descriptions included of exactly what the item is like, and which of those you prefer of course =)

The savings are great, they get delivered to you, and you can “fire and forget” for the buying process.

Finally you don’t really put your credit card number “out there.” It all goes through Amazon, which is under extreme regulation and scrutiny at all times. No problem.

Occassionally some deadbeat a**hole will take advantage of the Christmas shopping season, for instance, and charge a lot more for expedited shipping and then not actually do it. Jerks. Just use your judgement here; on books it shouldn’t be any problem at all.

    Sandy asks…

How does advertising Amazon’s books work? How much money would I get?

I want to create a website that would have links to Amazon books. I am wondering how it all works.

    Body Building Exercises answers:

you get some 8% of the value. 0.5%-1% (at average) is the percentage of visitors to your website who will click tha amazon link. and you will definetly not become rich by beeing amazon afiliate …unles you create a real teaser and make visitors eager to buy the book instantly. Good luck

    Mary asks…

Reviewing Amazon Books. Is it a good idea to put real name?

I was thinking of reviewing a few books on Amazon, I was just wondering, if I put up my real name, is there any problem? Beside the benefit of being more google-able.

    Body Building Exercises answers:

+Why not just use your first name and last initial?

    Mark asks…

how can I find out which books are the most cited by other books on Amazon.com?

for example I have found that about 8000 books cite ‘The origin of species’ by Charles Darwin according to Amazon, and I am interested to know if any books on Amazon are cited by more than that and which books have nearest etc, basically I want to order the books on Amazon by the number of other books on Amazon that cite those books to find which books have been the most ‘influential’ in recent history.

The citations section is usually just below the ‘Inside This Book’ section of any Amazon book page, it is usually uniform in its layout etc, so perhaps I can interrogate it with a special query in the search? or would I have to use some kind of Web API like AWS?

any info or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

    Cheers.

Your questions about best work outs

Posted by Body Building Exercises | Uncategorized | Wednesday 23 February 2011 5:05 am

    Linda asks…

What would be the best work outs for me to achieve my weight loss goal?

I basically have 3 &1/2 months to lose about 40 pounds, but in the process I want to gain muscel. What are the best cardio and strength work outs that I can do, to make this happen? (:

    Body Building Exercises answers:

    hi Sonny
One of the most common fitness myths is the belief that you can turn fat into muscle. I call it a myth because it has never been done, can’t be done, and yet so many people believe that it is possible. Let me make it plain: You can’t turn fat into muscle just as you can’t turn copper to gold. Fat and muscle are two different tissues which are not even similar to each other. Just because when you get fit you tend to lose fat and gain muscle does not mean that one is turned to the other.

Why is this such a common myth?

    1. It is something that people say when they describe a person who lost a lot of weight and toned up. They say: “Wow, he turned all his fat into muscle.” Because this has become a part of our day to day language, it has slowly filtered into our beliefs as well.

    2. There may have been certain shady marketers in the past who claimed to be able to produce this effect. I don’t know of any product that was promoted with such bogus claims, but I wouldn’t put it past some marketers as there are some bad people out there.

    3. We would like to believe this is true because losing fat and gaining muscle are the two most common and important goals a fitness oriented person wishes to achieve (after maintaining proper health, of course). So, it’s very tempting to believe that there’s a connection between one and the other. It will sort of allow you to kill two birds with one stone.

Well, sorry, it can’t be done. However, this doesn’t mean that you can’t lose fat and build lean muscle tissue. You can indeed. But these are two separate processes that you do and not one and the same.

To lose fat and gain muscle you need to follow a healthy diet plan and to workout regularly, doing intensive and effective strength training workouts. Otherwise, you will never be able to build lean muscle tissue. It just won’t happen.

When you do your workouts, make sure to train your entire body to develop the most muscle tissue you can as this will also help you to burn more fat. Do you cardio session after your strength training session and really push yourself throughout your workouts to get the best and fastest results possible.

What are the best work-outs to do for soccer?

    John asks…

What is the best work outs for biceps, triceps, and chest?

What’s the best way to gain muscle in your biceps, triceps, and chest.
I have a bench press, and 1 dumbbell.
I wanna know some fast working exercises that works these muscles out.
and how long should i work out a day, how many days a week
    thankss

    Body Building Exercises answers:

Well with a bench press, I am assuming you have the barbell and some plates which should be plenty to get you started. If you are new to working out, the best way to add muscle is to do full body workouts 3 days a week for about 45-60 mins (something like MWF) while focusing on the big lifts such as deadlifts, squats and benchpress.

But to answer your question, bench press/dumbell press are the best exercises to add mass to your chest while also working the triceps. Curls will help develop the biceps but the best execises for biceps are the ones that incorporate the back such as pullups, rows, and pulldowns.

With each exercise do 3-4 sets and keep them withing the 6-8 rep range with the last couple of reps being the max you can do. Then each week keep increasing the weight and watch yourself grow. Also make sure to eat a lot, get enough protein (1g/lb of bodyweight), and rest to maximize your muscle growth.

Once you feel ready, I would recommend joining a gym cause you can only go so far with the limited amount of equipment and weights you have.

Hope that helps and good luck!!!!

    Body Building Exercises answers:

    Here is my program:
(you may have to google a lot of these exercises)

    Warm Up:
High knees, pull back butt kicks, overhead lunge walk, no money drill, scap pushups, supine bridges, cradle walk

When working out, switch off exercises in each group. For example, in the following group, do squats then bridges then squats again.
    ——-
    Front Squats – 3 x 6
    Side bridges – 3 x 30 seconds
    ——-
    Seated cable row – 3 x 12
    Chin ups (hold for 2 secs at top) – 3 x 6
    ——-
    Reverse lunges – 3 x 10
    Push ups – 3 x 16

Be sure to challenge yourself with around 75% of your max for your lunges, cable row, and front squats.
    ——-
    Post workout:
    Scapular wall slides
    Chin tucks
Prone internal/external shoulder rotation with 5 lb dumbell
    Scap pushups once again

    Paul asks…

How do the HGH bodybuilding IGF-1 HGH sprays compare in effects with the actual HGH injections?

Anyone have any personal experiences with the two. I’ve been considering buying a product called Pure Solution IGF-1 but would like some advice.

    Body Building Exercises answers:

I’ve read up on a product called secretagogue-one, it is considered the number one natural alternative to HGH injections and is completely legal, i burns fat, builds muscle, boosts energy and metabolism, all by doing the same thing as HGH- releasing Growth hormone, the most important hormone for muscle growth, enjoy!

It is the product of years of medical research that shows that it helps your body naturally make GH

    Carol asks…

Is it safe to buy from Nutronics Lab?

I am looking to buy the deer antler velvet IGF-1. I heard the results for that are amazing.

    Body Building Exercises answers:

I have purchased from Nutronics Labs. The product was great and they are the company that originally brought deer antler to the US. The company is 15 years old and have many reputable doctors working for them. The product worked for me as I have tried other products such as the one from epuresolutions which burned my tongue and was not effective at all. I also couldn’t get my money back.

    Charles asks…

what does “USP” stand for in Benzyl Alcohol (USP), I am trying to reconstitute 1 mg of IGF-1?

trying to reconstitute 1 mg of igf-1 with 1 ml of benzyl alcohol but rying to make sure I buy the right kind so I do not ruin the IGF by mixing in the wrong or non-sterile substance.
i am using it to reconstitute IGF-1 (insulin growth factor) for intramuscular injection.
this seems to often be the problem when dealing with such things…
perhaps you could review the following thread discussing the issue and perhaps gain more insight. If I was to follow your advice do you know a supplier online who may carrier the reagents needed? anyway, here is the thread:

    http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/m_1412212/tm.htm

please note the thread carriers over to another page

    Body Building Exercises answers:

USP stands for United States Pharmacopoeia, which sets standards for chemicals and pharmaceuticals. When you look at a catalogue it should list the grade as USP grade.

I am surprized that you are using an alcohol to resuspend a growth factor. Most commonly growth factors I’ve used in cell culture we resuspend in PBS or 4mM HCl that we sterilize using a 0.22um filter. Depending on your use you may also want to add some carrier protein (i.e 0.1%BSA) to stabilize the protein and minimize loss due to adsorption.

    Lizzie asks…

where can I buy injectable Igtropin?

Knowing that Jintropin is banned (I don’t know why because it’s the best hormone available) I have a question- is Igtropin (Long R3 IGF-1) legally purchaseable and where??

It should be, because you can buy thousands of various IGF-1 health supplements anywhere but I’m interested in injectable Long R3 IGF-1 because it has longer half-life.

(yes, yes- you say lets go and buy plain IGF-1 but I think it’s a big waste of big money because it’s life is a matter of minutes…)

There are like trillions of chinese scams on the net so I’d love to know.

    thanks!
no one asked you if they’re bad so shut your duck up
go on spam somewhere else maybe you need to lose your weight because I don’t, you bloody hippo.

and for others- yes, i’d anyway buy on the net just the thing is- I’m asking- where could I. maybe someone knows a genuine site or if it’s even possible…
